This program will allow more than 1 million UAE salaried residents to own a property without 20% down payment.
This support program leverages Shariah-compliant financing through a UAE Central Bank approved financial institution, backed by REEF Luxury Developments. It allows customers to finance their off-plan properties through a mortgage with easy monthly instalments.
